PUNTA GORDA, Fla. - Charlotte County sheriff's deputies have made a third arrest in connection to an 11-year-old cold case murder. Detectives have charged 46-year-old Linda Dille with two counts of perjury in the 2001 murder of Tara Sidarovich.
Investigators say Dille lied during sworn interviews about speaking to her live-in boyfriend at the time -- suspect Phillip Barr -- the day 21-year-old Sidarovich disappeared.
An arrest warrant on murder charges was issued for Barr last month. A national manhunt for him is still underway.
If anyone has information about the whereabouts of Phillip G. Barr, please call the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office at 941-639-2101, or Crime Stoppers at 800-780-TIPS.
39-year-old David Ray McMannis of Cumberland, Maryland was arrested Oct. 26 in that city for First Degree Murder of Tara Sidarovich; he was returned back to Charlotte County on November 4th.
