PUNTA GORDA, Fla. - A two-vehicle crash in Charlotte County results in the rollover of an armored bank truck and an SUV.

It happened around 10:30am Friday on Dundee Road at Florida Street in Punta Gorda.

Florida Highway Patrol says the SUV was attempting to make an illegal u-turn when the armored truck behind it crashed into the SUV, causing both to overturn.

The driver of the SUV, a woman from Ft. Myers, was transported to an area hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the armored truck was not hurt.

This is the second armored truck roll over in Charlotte County within a month.
