Condo association repealing rule for unmarried couples

Casa Di Amici board members vote Thursday to correct amendment. That amendment made it so unmarried couples could not purchase a unit there. Some said the rule was discriminatory towards gays and those with civil unions. Thursday afternoon the condo board voted unanimously to correct the language. All unit owners will now have to vote. Their attorney said it was an oversight and not intended. Saying the initial language was to keep timeshare type activity away. ABC 7's Josh Taylor will have the latest tonight.
