SARASOTA, FL (WWSB) - According to the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office, Angelo Bisbini and Michelle Frankford were arrested on fentanyl charges following a series of undercover drug buys.
Detectives say Bisbini, 38, agreed to meet undercover detectives to sell them heroin on Feb. 20 and Frankford, 37, was in the passenger seat of his car when they met detectives.
Additionally, detectives say that Bisbini and Frankford agreed to sell them heroin twice more.
According to deputies, in all three incidents the heroin tested positive for containing fentanyl.
Bisbini and Frankford are are both charged with three counts of Sale of Fentanyl, Possession of Alprazolam and use of a Communication Device to Facilitate a Felony.
Bisbini and Frankford both remain in custody on a $26,000 bond each.
