VANCOUVER, BC - Back in March, Lululemon Athletica recalled its sheer yoga pants after complaints that they were too sheer. More recently, company co-founder Chip Wilson apologize for a comment made to Bloomberg's Trish Regan that the pants "don't work for some women's bodies."
According to Business Insider, those same pants are back on store shelves, with some enhancements. Lululemon took them back, thickened the pants, and called them the "Second Chance Pants." The company sewed an extra layer of fabric on the back and added strips of see-through mesh along the legs.
The pants' tag reads, "These pants were inspired by a need to find functional and beautiful design solutions for our sheer pants.
