PENNSYLVANIA - Police in Swissvale, Pennsylvania are increasing patrols near a school bus stop where two major brawls happened this week.
The fights were caught on tape and involved parents and students.
The video is outrageous, taken on cell phone's Monday and Tuesday.
The video shows students and parents beating on each other.
