HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAAY) - They may be busy in Huntsville this week, but the Dog family has legal troubles of its own in Colorado.
According to the Colorado Springs Gazette, Beth Chapman, the wife of Duane "Dog" Chapman, has an arrest warrant for misdemeanor harassment in Monument, Colo.
The Chapmans have been in North Alabama this week filming for their show, "Dog and Beth: On The Hunt." The show, which airs on CMT, features the Chapmans traveling to different bail bond businesses around the country and helping them apprehend fugitives and showing business owners how to run their operations more efficiently.
According to the Gazette article, Beth Chapman is accused of verbally harassing a teenager at a lake July 10. Police said they issued an arrest warrant after Chapman failed to return their calls about the incident.
A police spokesman told the Gazette Chapman's representatives and an attorney have contacted them and said she wants to cooperate.
