**UPDATE** The Manatee County Sheriff's Office says a 15-year-old male has been arrested and charged with Trespassing on School Grounds in connection with the shooting that occurred Friday afternoon at Johnson Middle School.
Detectives have also developed a person of interest regarding the second person believed to be involved in the incident.
The 15 year old who was arrested is not believed to be the shooter.

BRADENTON, Fla. - Johnson Middle School in Bradenton was placed on lockdown Friday afternoon after reports of a gun being fired on the campus. No injuries have been reported and the lockdown has been lifted.
Johnson Middle School is located at 2121 26th Avenue East.
According to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office, witnesses say two males, possibly teenagers, were on school property toward the back of the school around 3:05pm Friday when one of them fired a gun in the air.
Afterward, one male was seen fleeing on foot while the other was on a bicycle.
They were described as black males, one wearing all white and the other wearing all black.
No one was injured, however the school did go on lockdown for a short time. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call the Manatee County Sheriff's Office at 941-747-3011 or Crime Stoppers at 866-634-TIPS.
