2 suspects sought in Bradenton restaurant robbery

BRADENTON - A Bradenton restaurant is robbed at gunpoint and now deputies are looking for 2 suspects.

It happened Thursday around 8 pm at the New China Restaurant in the 6000 block of 26th Street West.

Manatee County deputies say that two men brandishing guns entered the restaurant through the back door. They took personal items from the employees and cash from the business, then locked two workers in the freezer before taking off.

Deputies have not located the suspects.

They are described as 2 black men. One has a slender build and the other heavy set. They were dressed in all black and carrying guns.
