Suspect sought in Parrish store armed robbery

PARRISH - Manatee County detectives are looking for the man that held up a grocery store at gunpoint late Thursday night.

It happened at the Los Primos Store on U.S. 301 in Parrish.

According to a sheriff's report, the suspect entered the store just after 9 p.m. brandishing a gun and demanding money. The clerk on duty gave the man the money. He also demanded the security video. The suspect then ran away.

Anyone with information about a crime is asked to call the manatee county sheriff's office at (941) 747-3011 or Crime Stoppers at (866) 634-TIPS (8477).
