BRADENTON, Fla. - Deputies are investigating a robbery in which they say the victim fired shots at suspects that were stealing his television.

Investigators say that three suspects entered a residence in the 4900 block of 24th Street West around 9pm Sunday night and took a TV.

As they were leaving, one of the victims reportedly fired several shots at the men, who returned fire before leaving the area.

One of the suspects, 26-year-old Jeremy Jones, was later found to be receiving treatment for non-life threatening gunshot wounds at a local hospital.

No one has been charged yet, as the investigation continues.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 866-634-TIPS.
