$10,000 reward offered for help in Mullins death case

BRADENTON, Fla. - Business and community leaders in Manatee County are offering a reward for information in the death of Patrick Mullins.

Mullins was a former Palmetto High School media specialist whose wife reported missing on January 27th after he after he left for a boating trip on the Braden River. His body was found in the Manatee River nine days later with an anchor tied to his waist and a shotgun wound to his head.

The cause of death has not been officially determined.

The Gold Star Club on Manatee County is offering $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Manatee County Sheriff's Office, or Manatee County Crime Stoppers at 1-866-621-8477.
