Occupied Burglary with Arrest in Bradenton

BRADENTON, Fla. -- At 4:18 AM this Saturday morning in the 2300 block of Flamingo Blvd of Bradenton, FL, an occupied burglary with arrest occured in Bradenton. The victim was asleep in his apartment when he woke to find two unknown males there.  Both fled from his residence as the victim gave chase.  The victim was able to catch one suspect, identified as James Martin, and detain him until law enforcement arrived.  The second suspect fled in a silver Chysler 300.  Electronics taken from the victim's home were recovered just outside the apartment where they were dropped.

James Martin was arrested and the investigation continues.
