Salaries at the Bradenton Housing Authority will be cut by 30 percent as part of a new policy manual that was approved yesterday by the board.

Many of the current policies were put into place by former Executive Director Wenston DeSue.  DeSue was fired last year after a federal raid on the housing authority.

The board will also begin negotiations for a contract with Interim Director Darcy Branch.  Branch is set to become the new permanent director of the housing authority.
