A trapper will be removing cats from a Manatee County mobile home park overrun by feral felines.  The Trailer Estates board voted this week to hire the professional trapper.

Board members say the trapper will catch the cats and take them to animal shelters or homes where people will take them in.  Some residents, however, have voiced concerns that the animals would be euthanized.

Retirement community residents have complained that feral cats are a nuisance and cause sanitary problems.
