1 dead after pick-up catches fire on Palmetto road

PALMETTO - A fiery car crash in Manatee County leaves at least one person dead.

It happened Wednesday around 11:15 am.

First responders say the driver of a pick-up truck crashed into a tree along 7th Street West and 10th Avenue West.

Crews are still on scene.
