MANATEE COUNTY - A Suncoast boat builder that has a contract with the U.S. Air Force is feeling the pressure of the government shutdown.

Hann Powerboats has a 5-year contract with the Air Force to build target boats that are used for training purposes.  The contract provides $4.5 million over five years.

ABC 7's John McQuiston is talking to management about the effect the government shutdown is having on them.  He'll have that report tonight on ABC 7 News at 5 & 6.
