Woman sought for fraudulently cashing check in Bradenton

BRADENTON, Fla. -- Police are looking for help identifying a woman they say used a stolen drivers license to cash a check in Bradenton last month.

According to the Bradenton Police Department, on March 14th, the woman seen in the surveillance image seen here used a stolen driver's license to cash a $1,200 check at the Suntrust Bank branch on Manatee Avenue at 75th Street West.

The victim had reported her purse and ID stolen in Clearwater one week before.

Anyone having information with regard to this case is asked to call the Bradenton Police Department at (941) 932-9312, or  Crime Stoppers (toll free) at 1-866-634-8477 (TIPS).
