Weeklong Pass for public transportation offered during World Rowing Championships

SARASOTA CO., FL (WWSB) – Both Sarasota and Manatee County Area Transit will be helping with public transportation during the 2017 World Rowing Championships.  

SCAT and MCAT bus services are available near all designated spectator hotels from Sept. 23 – Oct. 1.

The 2017 World Rowing Championships is proud to offer a Weeklong Pass (7 day) for only $20 per person. Those 65 years and older can purchase a Weeklong Pass for only $10 per person. Once the Weeklong Pass is swiped, it is good for the next 7 days. 

Weeklong Bus Passes can be purchased at these locations:

  • Downtown Sarasota Transfer Station: 1525 1st Street, Sarasota, FL
  • SCAT Transit Administration: 5303 Pinkney Ave., Sarasota, FL
  • Cattlemen Road Station: 500 North Cattlemen Road, Sarasota, FL

Daily passes can also be purchased, but only on board the busses, which is cash only.
