NORTH PORT - Warm Mineral Springs supporters say they plan to protest outside the landmark Tuesday afternoon.

According to the Sun Herald, the protesters believe the city and county should work faster to reopen the Springs.  They want commissioners to think outside the box and come up with solutions quickly.

The Springs closed on July 1st after the management team left.  Last month, another management team that was supposed to take over backed out because of the repairs needed at the springs.

The rally takes place tomorrow from 3 to 5 PM along U.S. 41 near Warm Mineral Springs.
