SARASOTA, Fla. -- A Venice man has been arrested after a woman says he was trying to take pictures up her skirt while shopping at a Target store.

35-year-old Aaron Stahl has been arrested and charged with one felony count of Video Voyeurism and is being held without bond.

According to the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office, the 41-year-old victim says she was shopping at a Sarasota Target store with her children Sunday when she noticed flashes lighting up the floor beneath her.

That's when she noticed that a man, later identified as Stahl, was crouching behind her with a cell phone in his hand.

The incident was captured on store security cameras.

The victim confronted Stahl, who fled from the store.  A witness followed Stahl outside and recorded his car tag.

Detectives later tracked Stahl down at his Beverly Road home in Venice and arrested him Tuesday.
