    Please ticket me so I can sue and make a bunch of money. But seriously, why enact a new law when a similar law was just ruled unconstitutional? The only reason I could imagine is so the lawmakers lawyer pals could make more $$. This is beyond ridiculous.

    I am hoping this is not an April Fools joke. but while we are at it, how about limiting motorcycles tearing away from a bar at 1 and 2 A.M. in a residential area? or just racing down a thoroughfare at all times of the evening so that one cannot even hear their TVs. Why are there not restrictions? Owners receive tickets if they do not take care of the mufflers on their autos? Why are Bikers privileged with their
