Three new SPD officers sworn in

SARASOTA- On Thursday, Sarasota Police Chief Bernadette DiPino held a swearing-in ceremony for three new officers at SPD.

Officer Robert Morrison joins SPD from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he worked as an officer for the last 10 years. 

Officer Isven Chavez Sanchez is from Sarasota, graduating from the Sarasota County Technical Institute Criminal Justice Academy. 

Officer Clifton Bishop is from Alachua, graduating from Sante Fe Community College.
