SARASOTA, FL. - An unspecified threat Friday prompted the evacuation of two county courthouses.

Everyone was evacuated from the Silvertooth Judicial Center, the Justice Building and the South County Courthouse.

Authorities gave the all clear after a security sweep turned up nothing.

Ringling Blvd. was closed off between U.S. 301 and East Avenue. East Avenue was also shutdown to traffic between Main and Ringling for a short time while the threat was investigated.
