Texting ban set to take effect

Rules of Conduct

    This is great but it will be hard to enforce because the police rarely pull anyone over for speeding or erratic driving. I see speeders fly right past police all the time.

    Funny how SPD and the sheriff's dept are supposed to enforce this new ban when I've personally seen both do the same. I'm going to start writing down car numbers and submit them here with date and time! Its a way of life now. I see people passing me on both sides with their heads down.
