Suspect sought in two Wal-Mart thefts

SARASOTA - The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office is asking the public for assistance in identifying a man wanted in connection with 2 instances of theft at an area Wal-Mart.

Surveillance cameras captured images of the man entering the Wal-Mart located at 4381 Cattlemen Road on October 17 and again on October 23.

Each incident took place around 2:00 a.m. In both instances the suspect removed the security device from a laptop and concealed it in the front of his pants before exiting the store and immediately getting into his vehicle.
