Port Charlotte, FL- Keith Wilson, the man arrested in Kentucky for the murder of 4 year old Pilar Rodriguez has been brought back to Charlotte County to face charges.

A warrant was issued for Wilson earlier this month.  The warrant came after Pilar's babysitter, Melissa Harding-Jones entered a plea of guilty on charges of accessory after the fact in capital murder.

Pilar went missing back in 1999 when Harding-Jones brought Pilar to Charlotte County to visit her then boyfriend Wilson.  Pilar's parents reported the young girl missing after she never returned from the trip. Investigators questioned both Harding-Jones and Wilson in the little girls disappearance but no charges were ever brought.

Wilson will appear in court on Tuesday, July 30th for first appearance.  He was extradicted from Kentucky where he was arrested.
