SARASOTA, Fla. - Some local women with very good voices have gone viral on YouTube.  With over five million views in two weeks, a girls acapella group at FSU, known as the AcaBelles, covered the song "Royals" by Lorde.

Two of the group members are from Sarasota: Natasha Voitt, who went to Pineview High School and Jackie Blanche attended Booker High.

"It’s amazing, its honestly amazing. We have a Facebook group chat where we all talk and communicate and as this was all happening the entire group chat was just filled with ‘ahhh, oh my gosh, this is the coolest thing ever!’ That was the only thing we could say because it’s just such an amazing feeling that our music is everywhere. As we started getting those comments in different languages we were like, ‘we’re in China! We’re in this place!’ And it was just so cool."

The group of students also competes against other teams. Their next competition is in January.
