Unbelievable! If the same laws applied back when I attended catholic school back in the 60s all the nuns would be serving life sentences!!

You know this is really not a crime, it is just some little BS that everyone is blowing out of per portion. I could understand if he slapped the kid or really abused him, but grab someones arm and pull him out of class? Please, where is this world going?

I guess its ok for the administration in Manatee County Schools to cover up inappropriate contact and battery of students, but they make sure to railroad a substitute for disciplining a child in a way that more than likely caused no harm.

This is so outrageous. Ken Machol is my ex-husband, the father of my two beautiful daughters. I haven't been married to him for 20 years, but he is the nicest, most congenial person you could meet. When we lived in Arizona he was very involved in the BIg Brothers organization, he was actively involved in the Muscular Dystrophy organization and many other charitable organizations. He is great with kids and loves working with them. There has to be more to this story and the fact that the BRADENTON SCHOOL SYSTEM and the MEDIA is trying him before the facts are brought to light is A CRIME ITSELF. You are RUINING THE REPUTATION of a very good, kind happy, caring man -- you all should be ashamed of yourselves.
