Though they gave this gentleman a number of warnings, they are a bunch of jerks to establish such policies with their lack of compassion for our citizens of the United States. First, he is a senior citizen who has apparently paid his taxes through the years and is now collecting his nominal social security benefits. Second, he is a veteran. Third, written up for having a soft drink .... seriously!!! Fourth, he was helping out a hungry human being with a simple corn muffin. I assure you that I will not eat at a Cracker Barrel restaurant again! My choice not to, thanks to this veteran who fought for our freedom!!

I am sorry the gentleman was fired, but as in the military, you are to follow orders. He was warned 5 times. If you don't live here you have no idea how many homeless we have and the discord they can cause, sometimes with violence. [sad]
