Special needs kids spend day bowling

this is sick way to steer tax dollars to charter schools,force special needs children to take a FCAT standardize test give the school a F grade 3 years in a row then fire the teachers and replace them with ?? [good ones ] I am sure The governor has some in mine. After all if a student does not learn it has be teacher. So that is what some in Florida , not me . Change the law Rick or we will kick you to the curb.[wink]
