MANATEE COUNTY - If you looked at the calendar today, you probably noticed the date. 12/12/12 is a day some say is the luckiest of the year. But for a few Suncoast families, it's special for a different reason.
For the Gilmores, the day marked the birth of their son, Brody. The lucky baby boy was born at 9:45am at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center.
And he's sharing his special birthday with a few other lucky Suncoast babies. Six babies were delivered Wednesday at Sarasota Memorial Hospital as well.
Our congratulations to all the happy moms and dads.
