Six Manatee County men indicted for multiple murders

BRADENTON, Fla. -- The Department of Justice announced a series of arrests in Bradenton Thursday. Six individuals are facing federal charges in a racketeering conspiracy case involving 9 murders.

Those cases date back to 2007, including the death of Brenton Coleman, who was shot in a parking lot after watching his child at a Pop Warner football practice.

The six indicted face 28 charges, including murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, robbery, and drug trafficking.

Arrested were:

  • 29-year-old Napolean "Pole" Harris
  • 23-year-old Corey Harris
  • 22-year-old Nathaniel "Popo" Harris
  • 24-year-old Deonte "Tang" Martin
  • 27-year-old Charlie "Mr. 30N32" Green
  • 27-year-old Jerry "Jerk" Green

Those cases date back to 2007, including the deaths of:

Christopher Jenkins in September 2007, by Jerry Green

Joseph Evans in September 2010, by Jerry Green and Nathaniel Harris

Demetrius Cunningham in October 2010, by Jerry Green, Nathaniel Harris, and Napoleon Harris

Calvin Barnes in October 2010, by Charlie Green, Nathaniel Harris, and Napoleon Haris

Ceola Lazier in July 2012, by Charlie Green

Carlos Jurado in April 2013, by Napoleon Harris

Brenton Coleman in August 2013, by Napoleon Harris, Charlie Green, Corey Harris, and Deonte Martin
