The female is described as approximately 4 foot in height with short to shoulder length dark hair, wearing a white t-shirt and carrying a flashlight.

A witness to the incident reported that while walking on Golf Club Lane around 6:20pm Sunday, the female child was grabbed by a white male described as 5'7" in height with a muscular build, wearing a navy blue hooded sweatshirt and jeans.  The subject then ran with the child in-between houses south towards the Venice East Golf Course.
