SARASOTA- School will be back in session days after a water and gas leak forced the evacuation Southside Elementary School.

On Sunday, workers continued fixing the asphalt on Osprey in Sarasota.

All utilities are back on and working in the area of the school.

In addition to street flooding, FPL was forced to turn off power to one-square-mile area in the neighborhood.

The leaks were caused by workers installing a natural gas line. They accidentally drilled into the water main. A gas line also ruptured.
