It happened Thursday around 11pm along Proctor Road.

According to troopers, 74-year-old Daniel Lombardo was headed west along Proctor approaching Reno Drive, but he didn't notice the victim, 26-year-old Richard Culver, walking in the road.

The front right side of his car hit Culver on his left side. He was taken to Blake Medical Center with serious injuries.

Lombardo will face any charges.
