SARASOTA, Fla. - A Sarasota man was arrested Friday after authorities received a tip about a possible meth lab at a Swift Road apartment.

On Friday evening, the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office responded to a complaint of possible explosives in the front of the Bimini Apartments on Grand Cayman Street at Swift. Upon arrival, deputies observed materials used to make methamphetamine which can be highly volatile. The Sarasota County Fire Department responded to make the area safe.

Detectives with the Special Investigations Section responded and conducted an investigation arrested 37-year-old Joshua Bradley on charges of Trafficking in Methamphetamine 28-200 grams, Production of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Paraphernalia.

Bradley was already in jail after being arrested on Thursday for an outstanding warrant. He remains in jail with no bond.
