SARASOTA, Fla. - Police arrested a homeless man last week after they say he exposed his genitals to them during questioning.

41-year-old David Hall been charged with felony Obstruction with Violence and Misdemeanor Exposure of Sexual Organs.

According to Sarasota Police, on Friday afternoon officers were dispatched to the area of Osprey Avenue and Main Street regarding a man who was allegedly exposing his genitals.

Officers located Hall near that intersection sitting on a wall. Officers say they noticed he had 'bulky pockets' and asked Hall to stand up.  Hall stood, took off his jacket, and then lifted up his t-shirt to reveal that his genitals were outside of his jeans.

Officers attempted to arrest Hall and he resisted, ultimately requiring two police officers to take him into custody.

He’s currently being held on a $2,000 bond.
