SARASOTA - About a million dollars’ worth of exotic cars graced the ABC 7 parking lot on Monday.
This is just a tease of what's to come later this week at the Sarasota Exotic Car Fest.
The 3-day event kicks off on Friday and will draw thousands of car fanatics to St. Armands Circle on Saturday.
The entire weekend will feature a James Bond theme celebrating 50 years of bond films, and it's all a fundraiser for United Cerebral Palsy.
“An opportunity for people who have exclusive cars, the limited edition cars to be able to bring them out and share them with people and for people to see cars they may not normally see driving down the street or they're not going to see every day," says Marilee Roberts, Co-Chair, Sarasota Exotic Car Fest.
The main event of the weekend is the St. Armands Circle show, from 10 am until 4 pm on Saturday.

It is almost impossible to find a pedestrian who does not turn his head to check out such cars cruising by or in some carports. Everyone dreams about driving one of these cars.
