Sarasota daredevil Nik Wallenda to walk tightrope at NASCAR event

SARASOTA, Fla. - World-famous daredevil Nik Wallenda, best known for high-wire walks over Niagara Falls and the Grand Canyon, will announce plans for a spectacular skywalk that will take place during the pre-race show at the October 12th Bank of America 500 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The announcement will take place in Uptown Charlotte and Wallenda will perform a tight-rope walking demonstration for the mid-day audience. He will also reveal a special mystery guest who will be part of the October Charlotte Motor Speedway pre-race performance.
