Noise issues are on the agenda of a public hearing in Sarasota today.

Sarasota residents are complaining about loud music coming from area restaurants such as Bob's Boathouse. More than 40 noise complaints have been filed as a result of live music there.

Earlier this month, the county reached out to resident and businesses to get input on proposed changes.  Possible changes include lowering acceptable decibel levels and requiring business owners to lower noise levels after 10 p-m.
