MANATEE CO., FL - An internal school district report cites inconsistencies in the information that school officials provided to police and school investigators about the Rod Frazier abuse allegations.

Frazier, a former Manatee High Assistant football coach, is accused of improperly touching students.

Four school officials have been fired by Superintendent Rick Mills on the grounds that they violated policy and did not report the alleged abuse.

The internal report is shedding more light on this decision, and ABC 7 Reporter Bobeth Yates is breaking down the information.
