NORTH PORT, Fla. -- Warm Mineral Springs has only been back open for 11 days, but the North Port landmark attraction is already turning a profit.

City records show the springs have generated about $31,000 in revenue.

The springs held its grand re-opening to swimmers on April 12th after a short term manager was put in place. It had been shut down since July 2013 after the city and county could not reach a management agreement.

Currently a long term agreement is in the works.
