SARASOTA - The Orioles are on track to break their attendance record at Ed Smith Stadium. Over 115,000 fans have attended the team's 14 games this month.

David Rovine is the new head of the Oriole's Sarasota operations. His background is in entertainment and he plans to find new ways to bring you out to the park in the off season.

"Concerts, the arts community, performances under the stars, symphony, the Asolo Theatre," are among the events he plans to bring to the facility in the off-season.

County Commissioner Joe Barbetta says non baseball fans should be here as well.  "It's a $45 million facility, tax payers own it, Orioles pay all expenses, a great economic impact from Spring Training," he said.

Remaining games include the Yankees Wednesday, Rays Thursday and the Mets on Saturday.
