NOKOMIS, Fla. -- After more than two months of construction, the North Jetty Fish Camp in Nokomis will be back open for business Friday morning.

For the past two months new owners have been doing small repairs and waiting for permits to reopen the historic trolley car.

It’s believed it was placed there sometime in the 1940’s.

It will serve cold drinks, snacks, and bait.

The owners will also be operating the new concession and restrooms nearby. However, that facility is still a few weeks away from opening.
