people need to stop just walking into the middle of road with out looking. I just recently had someone walk right in front of my car on bee ridge rd at night time and thankfully i was able to dodge them. people just assume that traffic will stop or slow down when they cross and on a 45 mph especially when traffic is heavy bee ridge is already crazy with people not able to drive properly so adding pedestrians into the factor and you get stories like this sadly.
rule of thumb..........use the crosswalks and look both ways!!
