North Port to study outsourcing some services

NORTH PORT - City commissioners are combing through their budget, and talks of outsourcing some of the services they provide have come up.

Emergency call takers, trash pickup, and EMS have been discussed.

City leaders want staff to conduct a few studies to find out the pros and cons.
