SARASOTA, FL - AAA is releasing a list of new car features that may help elderly drivers keep their independence.

From technology such as six way adjustable seats and  keyless entry, to something as simple as a thicker steering wheel, auto makers are offering options that can help drivers overcome the challenges that arise behind the wheel with age.

ABC 7 Reporter Todd Dunn is  taking a closer look at the features and seeing how they work for older drivers on the Suncoast.
