MAXhealth physicians and staff host health fair as tribute to Eleanor Ball

SARASOTA, Fla. - MAXhealth physicians and staff hosted a Health Fair at Truvine Missionary Baptist Church today as a tribute to Eleanor Ball, Director of Ministries at Truvine Church, who was tragically killed on April 19, 2014.

Members of the Newtown/Sarasota community received free vitals, skin cancer, hearing and memory screenings. Complimentary lunch, games and a bounce house was provided for the children.

Cancer Center of Sarasota-Manatee, Dermatology Associates, Imaging for Life, Bradenton Physician’s Medical Center, Manatee Family Physicians, Kaizen Total Wellness, MAXhealth offices in Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch and East Bradenton Pediatrics also assisted with the Health Fair.
