BRADENTON, Fla. -- The appeal of a former Manatee High administrator fighting for his job could wrap up Wednesday.
The Bradenton Herald says it's expected that testimony will conclude Wednesday in Matthew Kane's appeal. He is the former Manatee High assistant principal who was fired by the school district in the midst of the Rod Frazier case.
Last week, Kane, along with former principal Robert Gagnon, was acquitted of felony and misdemeanor charges of failing to report child abuse.
Former assistant principal Greg Faller was found guilty of the misdemeanor charge.
Gagnon and Faller have already appealed the school district's decision to fire them, and are now waiting decisions.
